I have a question about what to expect on my very 1st food truck inspection. Here in North Carolina we cannot operate until we have our 1st food truck inspection. It appears the waitlist is very long. “4months or more” so I wanted to be spot on for my 1st inspection so I won’t get held back any longer than necessary. Also it is a propain truck so there is that

Hi. I have a question. These inspections always have to be done by the city, or an individual can start this business as well? It is regarding Ca. Thank you

When buying from a private seller, should it have passed a health inspection before buying it? Hopefully you answer soon. I looking to go check one out.

Hi, so basically it doesn’t matter where you get it from you always will need to get the health inspection to operate

Are you allowed to operate with a business license and sellers permit before inspections?

many cities and counties will not allow this...yes they vary from area to area BUT I have never heard of legally operating without an inspecion.

@@MarketingFoodOnline We applied for a vendors license in Butte County Ca. They most likely will pass it they said. We spoke with the health inspector while we were there. They charged us $220 for the whole year, heavy prep. Vendors with this permit are allowed to do any events in the county all year without any inspections. We are even allowed to operate our food trailer without inspections, as long as we follow the terms of the permit. Thank u for the response, that’s awesome =) I figured that you may be interested in the vendor permit info
