I'm the same In the morning, I have to be at the gym by 8am otherwise I feel I'm too late to go which is silly because I don't have to leave for work until 2pm. I think it's also because of the gym being busy after 9am, I hate it being busybititmever used to bother me I need to learn it's fine to be later! As long as I'm home by lunchtime to prepare food and get ready for work it's ok! I also have a weird thing about showering before gym which wastes morning time when I need to shower again after anyway! So thanks for this I've realised going to the gym doesn't have to be like waking up in the army 🤭
