Love the series but a few things are missing, for example none of the contesters has been asked how they prep for speed, thoughts about the assembly process and the biggest one, what's the cost to produce every item incl. staff/truck/groceries and customer price, the margin are crucial.

My father in the 80's Made so much money in one year He paid off 9 years to the house He started with a broken down Weston / Wonder bread truck..His idea was Seeing bumper to bumper American sport fishermen And hunters flying in Northern Ontario hubs Lodges And motels ....And the fact these guys were there for sport They could careless about the fish Or meats after. And yup that is what dad served Fried fish And Moose Stew Moose/Beef/pork burgers with wild arugula And his own Applebutter BBQ sauce on a kaiser bun And home fries He would always catch word of a free moose Or paid $2 a fish (Trout and Bass) With 3 camps he would drive to alot of the staff ate for free They in turn let him sell his goods And let the visitors know about him and the times he came 11am / 500pm etc...did he have a permit? no was he paying taxes ...No Did he have a great marketing angle with 75% of his product being free...Hell yes And he gave foreigners a taste of real canadians foods something you dont see in "cook offs" and the word Canadian
