Italian makes Pizza Sandwiches on self-made Trailer | Street Food Berlin Germany

The Pizza Sandwich is one of the most popular but also least known Italian Street Foods from the Naples Region, which we would like to introduce to you in this “Street Food Berlin Germany” Episode.
The self-built Panuozzo Food Trailer consists of a self-made trailer in which the Neapolitan Pizza Sandwiches are prepared and sold with a lot of creativity and passion. Panuozzo Napoletano is the Original Name of the Pizza Sandwiches, a specialty from Gragnano in the Naples Region, is a type of Pizza Sandwich that is baked twice and topped with, among other things, Neapolitan-Style Meatballs, Mozzarella and Ricotta.
Peppes Panuozzo Napoletano should be a “must eat” for all Pizza Fans worldwide. Because Panuozzo is just as delicious as a Pizza, but tops it off with the crispy Sanwich feeling. Is addicting!

How original. It always impresses me to see how all the prep work and cooking on site can be done in such a small space. His eye for detail, not just in the food presentation by the window, but also how he build his trailer from recycled materials only is nothing but astonishing. I bet he is good at playing Tetris 😅 Food looked fantastic, and his joy is showing. I wish him much success, after this video I'm sure he will pick up business. He might have hire help. Ich liebe es einfach, wenn Menschen etwas mit Leidenschaft tun, gerade in der Gastronomie/Fastfood Branche sieht man leider sehr oft, dass es nur aus Profitgründen gemacht wird. Ich bin ehrlich, auf unseren Pizzen hier ist weniger drauf und dafür auch noch teurer. Bei solch einem netten Kerl, der liebt, was er tut, würde ich sogar mehr dafür zahlen.

Tolles Video, total netter Herr und das Essen sieht sehr lecker aus. Viel Passion hat da jemand für sein Vorhaben. Peppe sollte nur darauf achten Leuten gemischtes Hackfleisch nicht für reines Rinderfleisch zu verkaufen. Das könnte bei gewissen Glaubensgruppen schwierig werden. Ziemlich am Anfang 1:30 Minuten sieht man die Verpackung und ziemlich am Ende wo er dem Kunden die Sorten erklärt. Als Hinweis zu verstehen ;)
