I’d recommend magnesium before bed and drinking some orange juice with a bit of Celtic salt, it’ll help regulate the blood sugars and hormones that make it hard for us to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Loooove Ezekiel bread and it has protein which is awesome! Also, those cinnamon rolls are so cute - they would be cute for thanksgiving too, you could turn them on their side and they'd look like little turkeys! ;)

If you ever burn your hand again put it in egg whites and keep it there for 10min !! Helps soo much!

For older eggs l, you can strain some of the egg white off so that there’s less of the straggly pieces!
