have you used chatgpt at all for recipes? i have just loved asking for like a ‘mushroom soup recipe’ and then tweaking it with like ‘using cheap ingredients’ or ‘use lots of garlic’ and just seeing what it churns out! it’s just so bespoke i love it.
or just asking it for 'vegan autumn recipes' and getting a list of inspiration!

RECIPES
Mushroom Soup
1. In a saucepan, cook onions and add mushrooms, a scoop of butter and a sprinkle of sauce flour.
2. Pour in stock and let it cook.
3. Add a SPRINKLE of thyme.
4. Once cooled blend with vegan milk or cream.
5. Serve hot and with toast.
Vegan Cauliflower Alfredo Pasta:
1. Steam or boil 1/2 a cauliflower and a carrot until tender (8-10 minutes). Drain.
2. Blend up with nooch, other vegan cheesy bits & vegan milk.
3. Stir in with pasta
