お店の様子はスッカリ変わっていますが、相変わらず繁盛していますね。とても懐かしいです❗ 60年～50年前迄は毎日の様にお昼に買いに行っていた事がありました。 それ以来は遠くに住んでいる事もあり年に一度位しか伺えません。 あの窯から出したてのパンを久し振りに食べたくなりました。 近々、出向きたいと思いましす。

むかしは、こんなパン屋さんが必ず街の中にあったんだよなぁ。あれも欲しい、これも食べたい、なんて頼んでいるうちにとんでもない数になったりして。 でも、しばらくご無沙汰して行ってみるとカーテンがかかっていて…大将が倒れたから閉店、なんてことを何回も味わってしまった。 コロナ禍の中、感染防止に気を配りながらの営業は大変でしょうが、元気に続けてくださいね。 それにしても京都か～、埼玉からじゃ遠いよなぁ。

Fascinating. Very small workspace, with staff being VERY close to the ovens, which seem to be in operation all the time. I'm thinking summertime, in Japan, it is quite warm. Bet the staff are exhausted at the end of the workday. Exemplary dedication to product and customers!

지역에서 오래된 빵집 같군요... 서울은 웬만한 장소는 대기업 빵집이 들어와서 이런 소박한 빵집이 거의 없네요. 이런제과점 수십년전만해도 서울에도 동네마다 있었는데 이제 없네요..ㅠ 요즘빵들은 너무 달기만하고 옛날빵맛이 그립네요..

Use to back in the 60’s go to a department store that had a donut maker. It would drop the batter down in hot oil and you could watch it travel to end end and cooked-hot-fresh-never tasted none no better. Wish it was still around.
