Sweet corn tikki | Corn cutlet

These sweet corn tikkis are sure to make your guests fall in love with you!

Ingredients I used:
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions (optional)
- green chillies, 1 or 2
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- corn flour or bread crumbs as needed
- oil for frying

I saw this recipe at around 9pm . I just couldn't resist making this and within an hour my corn tikkis were ready.. super crisp and yummmm..!! 😊 Thanks for sharing this recipe. I used laal aalu/ indori aalu for this.. quality of regular potatoes differs season to season..they might taste sweet this time.
