Of all the Ukranian old kitchens Nadya's is my favorite. Beautiful young lady. I hope she can stay on the mountain and continue the Hutsel life forever. Get married. Have children, then grand children, and great grandchildren and pass down her recipes, gardening, handcrafts, and culture. I miss milking my goats :(.

Aww I just made five huge stuffed rolled cabbage 🥬 yesterday. This is how we Arabs make them too by taking out the core n standing there pealing leaf by leaf. It’s lots of work but wow my family ate it all two big pots I cooked ! We stuff ours with the mix of uncooked rice and ground lamb or ground beef . Allspice Powered chicken broth olive oil fresh minced garlic n garlic powder mix it all with hands not a spoon or fork then start rolling leaf by leaf. Так це просто Надя але чимось подібна на Марію , Тут хижа троха у старовинному стилі 50" 60 років 20 століття область оаже і краєвиди схожі традиціі посуд культура іда даже природа дівчат так малює всіх в один колір там ще Інна є іхня землячка тільки ростом вища такщо гори Карпати роблять свою справу Надя добра душа судячи скільки молока влила у миску котику тільки нерозумію чому через дверку дуєте у вогонь якщо є дверка знизу для піддувала золу почистити знизу і буде тяга якщо дрова сухі у хаті мені сподобалось присутність Карпатського Духу образи фото тих хто жив або похгдить з тоі Хижи дерево під старовину Це Історія добре що Надя це все підримує Низький Вам Уклін за Все ! ! !

Lady if you have nothing better to do than complain about these hardworking people doing things on their farms like their traditional ways have been taught to them ,than watch something else ! They treat all their livestock with care and respect,

Just a little piece of information, take it as you well. Remember when you’re milking the cow, first milk out goes on the ground what that does is if there’s any bacteria in the milk it’s removed first off. Then you can start milking into your pail. That was always our philosophy, in case there’s anything harmful you know it’s going into the ground and not into your belly

Дякую за те,що у Вашому серці є місце для нашого народу!!! Скоріше за все у Каті зараз багато роботи на городі та по господарству. Також у нас зараз часті відключення світла : рашисти пошкодили багато електростанцій. Це додає труднощів в роботі по господарству.
