I don’t mean to be critical, I was just wondering…I am sure that you have a good reason. Grandma, you are a precious treasure!!! The roast pork that you are baking in the bread crust looks amazing!! I wish that your channel would print the spices that you use when you are making /baking things. I can probably guess, but wouldn’t be sure. They are starting to put ingredients in CC, but not in this one, its never been about written recipies, measurements or oven temp, more about natural beauty tradition and food passed down over generations and home raised and grown. Just because you have not seen the horse in the field on video, does not mean that it spends its life in the barn, just a reminder.

I understand that this is all about the natural beauty tradition…and all of Katya’s videos are so BEAUTIFUL that I just get “lost” in them! In my mind’s eye I can see my grandmother in Polina, and my ancestors who lived in their part of the world. I get carried away with emotion watching these SO BEAUTIFULLY FILMED videos! The food that Katya makes always captivates me! I can figure out her ingredients and what she is doing, but the spices bring the real flavor. Guessing at some of them can make or break the recipe. I know that this isn’t a cooking video….But Katya is such an inspiration in everything that she does that I get carried away and would love to make some of what she is making. The oven temp and measurements I can figure out, but the spices that she uses (for me) is the key to the flavor 😊 I apologize if I offended anyone about my horse comment.

@arthur………..You are ok being critical regarding the horse, It’s terrible ….there is no excuse for anybody to leave any animal, trapped, imprisoned , locked in cages, barns…….i am Vegan so I fight for animals rights…..these videos are interesting but I do realise these women are quite tough, they cook animals that have been slaughtered….…..Why is the horse locked up in a barn at all. These are living sentient beings who should be free but humans have used and abused animals since time began, especially from animals…..I know most of you eat animals and dont think of the slaughter.. These videos always appear good and shows hard working women, but I see the other side of these people, the lack of empathy when it comes to animals…. Not just this particular video, but others, ………….to these people, farm animals are not a living being with a heart and soul, they are Just food…

Very relaxing watching her doing all the hard work wit such patient and care. I could see in her face that she seems a little tired. Must be hard doing all the work, her Grandma is very sweet I feel bad that she seem tired and have a hard time eating, just a suggestion maybe cutting her food and small little pieces or like a puree will help her eating easier. I hope she takes the horse out as animals need fresh air and get sun, and fresh water. Maybe building a fence would benefit so they can be outside. !
