Today Maria is making strawberry jam and a berry pie that her sister brought her. Maria lives alone in the Ukrainian mountains of the Carpathians, today for the first time in a long time guests came to her.

I love watching this woman. Everything she does is meaningful. She pauses to view her beautiful surroundings, she cuts fresh flowers, she knits, takes wonderful care of her animals and she is a boss in the kitchen. I have a feeling that she is going to live a long, healthy, prosperous life.

@@user-uh7nm2ff8k мне кажется, что на один кг клубники, грамм восемьсот сахара, я бы в таком случае взяла бы кило на кило, и варенье никогда не делаю под закатку, только стерелизую банки и под капроновые крышки, сверху чуть присыпаю сахарным песком и обязательно при варке любого варенья снимаю пенку.
