To make zucchini with cheese, garlic and herbs:
Medium zucchini - 2 pcs.
Egg - 2 pcs.
Cheese - 100 g
Mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoons
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Greens - a small bunch
Tomato - 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Flour - for breading zucchini
1. Cut the courgettes into long thin strips. Season with salt on both sides, leave for 10 minutes.
2. Grate the cheese. Chop the herbs and garlic finely. Add mayonnaise, stir.
3. Core the tomato and cut the flesh into cubes.
4. Dip the zucchini strips in flour, dip in an egg, fry on both sides until tender.
