4. Ghee: 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
5. All purpose flour: 1 cup
6. Milk powder: 1/2 cup
7. Cocoa powder: 1/2 cup
8. Baking powder: 1.5 Tsp
9. Baking Soda: 1/4 Tsp
10. Salt: a pinch
11. Milk: 1/4 cup
12. Vinegar: 1 Tsp

Ingredients for Muthiya
3 flours
Wheat: 1 cup
Semolina: 1/2 Cup
Gram Flour: 1/2 cup
4 plant based
Bottle Gourd: 250 gms
Ginger- garlic
Coriander
5 Spices
Salt, Red Chilli, Turmeric, Garam Masala, carom seeds
Special: sugar 2 tsp
curd 2 - 3 spoon, 1/4 tsp baking soda
Ghee: 3 Tsp
For Tadka: Ghee, Rai, Dry Red Chilli, Asafoetida, Sesame Seeds
