it looks very unhygienec. The oil is black in colour and some of the hawkers use their bare hands to handle the food. A potential diarrhea explosion waiting to happen. Even if the food is free, I will not consider to consume.

yeah - char kuey teow is the test dish - as at kzbin.info/www/bejne/iHXbaqtnZ72Fadk - but that doesn't look as good as the famous old man street stall in Georgetown last time I was there in 2001. I'll guess he's passed on - dunno how his son has carried on the business around there ...
