I do believe the majority of it is due to her diabetes (which she acts like it doesn't exist) and the intake of the many high carbed/sugary foods causes hyperglycemia "High blood sugars" the side affect is feeling tired, lethargic, and fatigued on top of her cannabis gummy use and the many health uses she's causing by doing this among so many other things she doesn't want to have to face and change.
