I think it's really a matter of 'respect' or appreciation for your living quarters more than it's about time or money or physical abilities. I once lived in an apartment I "hated" (I did not choose to live there, and I spent bad times there) I never got that apartment looking clean or cosy, no matter how hard I tried. Then I did some desperate Marie Kondo stunt by talking to my apartment and telling it how much I appreciated having a roof over my head in those bad times, and something klicked. I'm still messy but my apartment looks like someone lives in it, and it looks cared for The state of her apartment is not so much about her not cleaning or not tidying, it's about her not feeling at "home" there or being thankful she has one at all.

Very well said Alex. She’s going on like she’s been on this “new” health journey for at least a month now. As for the dark chocolate. We eat bakers chocolate in my house. Sometimes sweetened sometimes unsweetened. I’ve learned to really love the darker the chocolate. But I certainly don’t even have a piece a day let alone a whole bar in two days. There’s still tons of sugar in her dark chocolate bar. She only got about a 47% getting a 72% or higher would have stopped her eating the entire bar. It would be to bitter for her. I personally love the bitter chocolate now & it’s helped me with my sugar cravings which are almost nonexistent now.

I have similar scale at home. It shows me 3 different weights depending on what kind of floor a weigh my self. Accurate weight for me is,same as by the doctor,on the concrete floor. So I’m 99% sure her weigh in is incorrect.

She’s so silly. She had an entire month to ONLY focus on getting healthy. She could have stayed in a hotel with a gym and use the treadmill in the AC, eat high veg healthy food (so easy in Thailand, even healthy food tastes amazing), or hell even just napped for hours everyday just to stop her from eating everything in sight. All she had to do was eat 500 calories less than she usually does and the weight would fall off.
