Yeah, a good partner WOULD actually help, too. The fact that he does nothing to help her get help is incredibly telling, and the biggest dead giveaway (no pun intended) that he doesn’t love her let alone give a crap about her. It’s the most obvious evidence that their whole relationship is a sham. A loving partner wouldn’t just sit by the sidelines as someone they truly loved indulged their every dangerous self-destructive impulse. I struggle with an ED, tho one different from FB. And my partner is very concerned and actively tries to keep me doing okay. And if I were to start making decisions as dangerous to my health as she has been, he would absolutely intervene to try to get me help whether I was on board with it or not. That he lets her sit there, stuff her face, and rot is so incredibly toxic no matter how you slice it; he’s co-signing her death wish or at the very least completely unbothered by the thought of bearing witness to her demise.

She's literally acting as if her life is some Rom Com where everything seems like it's gonna go wrong, but main character gets treated so well at the end of every bad situation. It's laughable. I've only been aware of her since the cheating scandal. But I've picked up on her tells. She gives far too much detail for all of this. Which is a classic sign of lying/manipulation. Also she keeps saying she ran and she walked so far but was so out of breath but literally 2 weeks ago said she could trek to the Everest base camp in a month. I'm sticking around solely because the reaction channels make this sad situation somewhat funny. This is a cycle that she'll never break because it keeps people talking. She claims she's lost weight yet looks bigger now than she ever has. She's rude af and only thinks about herself.
