I live in the Bay Area for 20 years and I never heard of these restaurants. The Blue Monkey and Fong Kee look good. Will definitely try them

Look, there are no hidden gems. SF is extremely foodie oriented. We all have social media, and yelp, and talking friends. So whenever someone says "hidden gems" I roll my eyes. Nonetheless, I did learn something new and the food looks delish.
