초벌때 볏짚으로 한번 태워주는것도 불맛살게끔 잘 되어있고 반찬 하나하나에도 정성이 들어있는게 보이네요, 마지막으로 밥도 그렇고 된장찌개에 뼈대가 하나 다 다들어가는 것도 엄청고급진 된장찌개 같은 느낌, 파인다이닝이 해낼수없는 고급짐이 보이는 집이네요 정말 한번 가보고 싶습니다

Yes, people use rice-washed water to give some heavy flavor to the soup, because rice left some starch, fiber, etc. in it. And it is commonly used as broth substitue in Korea when you don’t have enough time to make it
