Back in 2009 when KZbin was only five years old and most didn’t know what to make of it, leave alone do with it, Mark Wiens began his food channel on the platform. 15 years later, there isn’t perhaps a KZbin food storyteller who is as popular as he is, with over 10 million subscribers. And so it was an absolute honour and privilege when he reached out to me, to introduce to him the food culture of Bengaluru. Over three days, we tasted about 50 dishes in a mega food tasting session. In the first episode of this epic collab series, we explore the street food fare of this city - egg rice, avarebele delicacies, gobi manchuri, bonda bajji and more.
