So I was born and raised my entire life in North Carolina so far, practically like an hour from Erin and everything she said about snow cream is right on the dot!! Even how you had to scrape it from weird places like her dads truck and trying not to get any type of bug limb in it hahah! Also, she's right on the money with the vanilla extract. I still live for this stuff every winter when it snows. Bless Erin for mentioning this and getting so excited about it because I feel her on so so many levels!
