Chip Foose’s very easy going demeanor has to be so comforting for the owner, he has done it all and nothing surprises him, he’ll just get it done and then some for this owner. The owner said it best go to the best and you won’t be disappointed, I went through a bad restoration on my 70 Cuda ... 6-½ years I finally got it straightened out and it was stolen!.... need to build another one, like Chip built for Joe Rogan.... only black with a red interior!

beautiful car and you couldn't take it to a better shop but as far as being safe is concerned, I wouldn't go that far. Crash safety is in the toilet with older cars. Look at some crash test comparisons on the internet with old cars and you will see what I mean. It's not how safe you drive, it's the other idiots on the road you have worry about a lot of the time.

Builders need to move on from same old projects. Same song different day, there's some nice models to work wonders from. Late 60s to mid 70s by from Ford, chevys and dodge aside from Camaros, Belair, firebirds, challengers etc.. try something different that been forgotten like LTDs, impala's.. the big boats that are becoming even rarer to see..

Hi Chip. This is your bread and butter so to speak but essential. l viewed your new series recently and learnt your father passed recently . I could see and feel your emotions. (Brock is a very handsome young man by the way ) Always remember the good times with your Dad . You were blessed that your father was also your mentor. I was not so fortunate and learnt panelbeating and painting the traditional way . I'm now 67 and restoring my own cars now ! I still see my mentor and thanks to him l became the highly skilled person l always hoped l would be. Chip, I think we were both fortunate to have that guidance . Type 3 pick up ? I think that's been Foosed! Take care and stay safe.
