Foot Guards Massed Bands music rehearsal - 22 May 2014

The Massed Bands of the Foot Guards rehearse some of the music to be played at Household Division Beating Retreat Parades 2014 in the forecourt of The Guards Chapel.
The first march is 'Arromanches' by A.E. Kelly conducted by WO1 Jeremy Ansell, Bandmaster of The Band of The Scots Guards.
The second piece is Sing, Sing, Sing conducted by Major Vernon Yates, Director of Music of The Band of the Scots Guards.
The third piece is 'O Valiant Hearts' conducted by Major Darren Wolfendale, Director of Music of The Band of the Coldstream Guards.

I think they're wearing the Corps of Army Music berets/badges. Guards head-dress, even in rehearsal, please, or nothing! lol. I just love Arromanches. Stirring stuff.
