Why didn't I think of looking for plantar fasciitis massage before? I have had this since 2000. It got better and if it hurts, usually in the morning when I get up. But this December of 2024 it has become worse. When I stand for quite a long time, it hurts. When i just sit and rest, it hurts especially when I stand up. This made my foot feel.better.

I would get outta bed and wobble like some strange being the entire day because of plantar facitiis. This helped me a lot...!!!!!! I have the pain more in one leg when compared to the other... :'( But this massage technique helped my poor aching feet to get some good ol' massage...!!! Thank you so much...!!! :)

Found your video and got some immediate relief. I will now watch your video and massage along with you daily. Will report back and share progress.

I tried to follow along with the massage, but I ended up making the massage with my thumbs a bit longer. Last year in August I was two weeks into having a pain that just started out of now where near my toe then spread to the arch of my foot. And I had almost a week until classes started back up again. Went to the doctor, he gave me medicine after telling me that it was plantar fasciitis. Medicine worked. But recently the pain started up on both feet. I did this massage. Afterwards stood up and it still hurt. So I figured it didn't work. Though after a while of walking around I realized that the foot I did the massage on, didn't hurt anymore as bad. It's very dull, doesn't bother me as much anymore. Can walk without a limp. This massage really helped a lot. Now to try it on the other foot.

Nice massage tips, thanks so much! However, the most important for me was to learn to stretch the QADRICEPS!! After stretching the quads (standing and pulling each foot to the butt, keeping the knee straight down) plantar pain is instantly gone!

This really helps. Was just a bit difficult to apply the pressure I was craving with my knuckles simply due to the angle. But to be fair, I'm a complete masochist when it comes to massage pain and trigger points. The thumb and active movement dead center of the soul particularly, made my jaw drop and eyes widen with relief and satisfaction. You're a fantastic human being. Thank you! Made my feets looser than rolling on a soup can, that's for sure. 🥴😊👌

@@goat8252 I do recommend seeing a doctor. Make a note of when the pain is at its worst - i.e. first thing in the morning, after exercising, etc. Also look at your footwear. Is the pain worse when you wear a certain pair of shoes? Is it better or worse when in bare feet? Do you stretch your feet and calves? Does this help? Paying attention to details like these will help you identify perpetuating factors that you may be able to alter or eliminate. It's also helpful to give this information to your doctor when you visit.

Thank you, my foot do feel invigorated and little calmer! i just compared the two. I don’t think I have Planter fasciitis. my pain is in on my arches, both feet, also feel tight, that why I thought this might work. they feel like after standing for about 45 mins my arches feel like they’re melting or collapsing. I was also told that my body was compensating by using the outer side of my feet, where there was a lot of pain. it’s better now. I am in PT but this is completely different. Any idea, this is so fat the best info. i’ve been on a search for about 6 months. thanks again ✨✨✨
