The message here is that all the footage is from the ground, meaning Lebanese citizens are leaking it or else Israel pre-positioned people to capture this footage. None of this was military quality, however, so the former is the most likely reality. And, yes. If you drop a bomb in a dry windy area, you are likely to start a forest fire. Tha lack of actual video of the airstrike as it happened also points strongly to citizen reports.
