Footage of Jamie Carragher questioning Kate Abdo's 'loyalty' to partner Malik Scott has remerged after their awkward interaction on Tuesday evening
After Arsenal's victory over Porto in the Champions League, Carragher got fellow pundit Micah Richards to wear an Arsenal shirt after he admitted to being a Gunners fan when he was growing up.
He then encouraged Thierry Henry and host Abdo to join in the fun as he told his colleagues: 'You [Henry] can wear it next and for the last part [of the show] you [Abdo] have got to wear it.'
Abdo replied: 'No, I'm loyal,' before adding 'to Manchester United, thank you very much'.
'You're not loyal to Malik,' Carragher shot back, as he made reference to Abdo's boyfriend Malik Scott, a former boxer who now trains ex-heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder.

The joke appeared to go down like the proverbial lead balloon with the CBS host, who replied: 'What? How can you even say that?,' while Henry and Richards smiled awkwardly.
Carragher then attempted to explain the comment, noting that Scott 'hasn't had a mention on the show tonight.'
Abdo recently announced she is in a relationship with Wilder's boxing trainer Scott, after months of her CBS Sports on-screen colleagues playfully teasing her over the subject.
As some fans questioned Carragher's comments, others dug up an old clip from a CBS Sports broadcast where the ex-Liverpool star made a similar remark.
During one of their Champions League shows earlier this month, the punditry four-some were all on-air discussing that fixtures from that gameweek.
In a clip that emerged on X, the conversation then focused on the group's on-air chemistry, as Henry said: 'Work is a talent'.
Abdo replied: 'That's why we're so good baby'.
Carragher immediately reacted to the comment and said: 'I hope Malik's not watching!'
Abdo looked embarrassed as she dismissed the comment and continued with the broadcast.
Following the incident on Tuesday, beIN Sports presenter Richard Keys blasted Carragher for 'crossing the line' in the awkward exchange with Abdo.
'I think Kate Abdo is a top pro,' Keys wrote on X. 'I’ve no idea what Carragher is insinuating but he crossed the line again. How many more times?'
'That show is like so many more these days - too "pally". It was an accident waiting to happen. Abdo deserves much better
Keys, who previously presented for Sky Sports before joining beIN SPORTS in Qatar, has hit out at Carragher in the past.
