At 62 after losing a considerable amount of weight back on the ice as defenceman four days a week...and all the goaltending I care for for the last 22 years..always in demand....so one day a week off...tomorrow on the ice twice. I reserve getting beat up for the BBJ I recently took up LOL. I don't see too many 62 year old football players. Enjoy watching your enthusiasm thanks for sharing.

Can I ask a question quick bro about lifting- is a pump the be all and end all ? Like if I do a workout and push myself but not pump does that mean it was a bad workout / won’t promote growth? For example on two separate days I did the identical workout and one day had a monster pump, the other far less , or it this just what happens?Thanks man

What’s up Jack! Some days you Central nervous system might be recovering and you might not feel the pump that you did previously. 🤷🏼‍♂️ You should always be happy when you’re done with the lift!!!
