I think you are very wrong about free agents age you allow, best of them are not young, usually in peak years or even above 30, witch is good for mentoring if they have good personality. Maybe for top teams in england or other ellite teams you should do that, for others dont think so.

I did say that for top team in Europe as I was Manchester united for the example although Man U have picked up pretty good older free agents in the recent past.
