How do you set the four fatigue categories under Training > Rest? I set normal workload only on the right hand side. The others are in rest. (Less than full green hearts are in recovery mode)

Hey. I set the first two “no gym” and the other three normal workload. I set double intensity during pre season or for youngsters who don’t play often. Have you watched my video about injury prevention? I show that set up in that video. Thanks for your message.

I really like that realistic approach to training. Especially after watching Amazon's documentaries about Tottenham and Arsenal's seasons. It really inspired me to play the game differently
