Pre-season or leagues with winter breaks always destroy my saves. I can never keep players match fit or free from injuries.

Any specific instructions on individual traing to compliment main training

This is great stuff, thanks so much! One question I have is: I see that you have quite a few 'rest' sessions in your schedules. I tend to fill out all 3 sessions every day for the ones I use (with double intensity for players at full condition), and as someone who goes heavy on rotation I do not notice unusual amount of injuries. However, would overworking players be hindering their development?
@TheManagersSeat2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Andrei! Well, IF you don't see too many injuries, you can absolutely fill out those other sessions as well. I'm not the biggest rotator to be honest, so that's why I'm maybe somewhat more "careful" with my training intensity! :-) From my experience, only major injuries can obviously slow down a player's development for a while... but that's about it. So if that's not the case, it's probably more than okay to "overwork" them, especially with younger players. Hope that helps, let me know! - Leyo

Careful with the tactical tip, but the training schedules should have the same effect in FM23 indeed! - Leyo

will this lower injury risk?
@TheManagersSeat2 жыл бұрын
Injury risk depends on a couple of things (training schedule intensity, number of matches, injury proneness of the player, ...). Using the information you can find in the Medical Centre would be my main advice here! - Leyo
