As a kid who played in Accrington Stanley's academy for several years, I was screaming McConville and Conneely 😂 Also had an awkward encounter when McConville ended up on my lap in the home end at Oxford in the final game of last season and had to hide the fact I knew him and couldn't say anything when other fans joked that I'd pulled cause I have a Lancastrian accent 😂 Then the next board has 2 ex-Stanley strikers that they couldn't afford to keep 🙈

I know this cause I used to live there, but indeed, the cathedral is a prerequisite to be called a city, or I believe a major uni, off the top of my head. But every few years the reigning monarch can name towns to be turned into cities, hence why 2 years ago for the Queen's Jubilee, Doncaster became a city.
