interesting approach. too many static positions, so it is advisable to look for adaptations.

I'm no pro, but the power from each pass matters. It emulates the real " live" experience. Make adjustments by making those boxes into circles and do away with the teammates standing in one position but rather moving clockwise or anticlockwise if you may. The one pressing would " read" his marker's intention while both are in motion as if they were all actually in the the real fixture . Gradually the bigger the circle, the greater the momentum and each pass gets more " tighter" for each attempted pass. Just my thoughts, a left-handed individual would have a blast plus fun just being able to score more points moving with his/ her left foot though. Just one of my crazy thoughts.

@@mariffadzil3383ok I understand but wouldn't it been better to create two fields like this with smaller groups?

It is intense for pink. Remember a lot of teams have guidelines regarding pressing such as Barca with their 6 second rule. The idea of these sessions isn't typically regarding how 'hard' I can work you- it's about the overall philosophy. Every drill isn't about sweating it's about the teams identity.

You should always trigger a press... so the first box is superb, the 2nd boxes are doggys to be honest and more for cardio than pressing.

@Ernie Wilson, you wouldn't press in an 3v1 overload. You're supposed to delay in an overload.
