Learn how to master playing UNDER PRESSURE

In this video you will learn how to master playing under pressure. Knowing how to deal with pressure in football could be very challenging. I will be telling you some drills to learn how to play under pressure, how to come out of pressure as well as how to stay calm under pressure when you are playing football/soccer. When you are on the pitch playing soccer, every position will get different levels of pressure. If you are playing as a winger, or defensive roles, you will be under a lot less pressure compare to playing as a striker or centre midfield or defensive midfield position. So you need to know where on the pitch, you would get less pressure so you create space accordingly to help yourself out as well as help your teammates out to receive the ball. But one thing is for sure, Doesn’t matter what position you play, you have to know how to deal with pressure in soccer. You have to know how to be fearless when you are playing soccer.

Get lower down on the ground when you have the ball and running with it. Lower your center of gravity.

okay so this season i played CB, but then i got moved to CDM and then i got moved up to CM but are you saying that you need to bring the Opponents with you when you have the ball in ur possession to you, so you can create space for your striker to be able to go into the risk zone but if you’re in the risk zone and you can take a lot more riskier movements, right?

Yes, exactly! When you are playing central you basically need to either create space for you or for your teammates. If you wanna create space yourself, move in front of your teammate and the opposition. So you will leave them in doubt. If they follow you, your teammate will have the space. If they stick with your teammate then you have the space!

@@footballfundamentalalright that makes sense bc i got confused on if your supposed to move in front of your teammates with the ball but no you meant to move in front of them so then you can make space for yourself to be an available option to passed too and so then the play can be continued to be moved forwards, i hope i understood that right

Please i dont really know the actual position i play as a footballer. I have played as Left winger, right winger, attacking midfilder, denfensive midfilder, right back and even left back Though I'm a right footed. So i want you to help know the perfect position( especially left winger or attcking midfielder but i don't enjoy play at the back) to play whenever i get to the pitch.
