How to have CONFIDENCE in your FIRST TOUCH

In this video you will learn how to have confidence in your first touch. Confidence is key in soccer, probably the most important thing. How can you improve confidence in general. Playing lots of soccer games and practicing will give you the initial confidence you need but then you have to figure out how to be confident in your first touch when you are playing soccer. Vision, scanning and awareness is the answer to have a better confidence when you are playing soccer. Therefore, you must practice to shoulder check constantly to observe and understand where the opposition is. Because the more you can see what's happening around you more comfortable and confident you are going to feel when you are playing soccer. You must be incredibly confident when it comes to first touch because if the opposition senses slight lack of confidence, they are going to find those weaknesses and use it against you! Practicing a lot and incredible communicating skills on the pitch when you are playing soccer is also incredibly important.
