Wow the options they have in other countries is amazing. When I had McDonalds in Japan, I didn’t stray far from the menu items we already have in the US. But I did have a Teriyaki Burger that had an Egg McMuffin styled egg inside which was so good. Unfortunately it seems it was a limited time menu item as I didn’t see it in my most recent trip back before the pandemic.

That's the word they know. If they used "jamón" they'd be discussing about differences when there aren't really. You go to Italy from Spain and ask people and they'll tell you "prosciutto" is the translation for "jamón". Even ham is exactly the translation in English for jamón, and that's the real meaning of the word "jamón", not actually that kind of ham, that would be "jamón serrano" in Spanish. So no, I don't thing they need another gelatto vs icecream debate.

Here in Ireland, the nearest thing I can remember for sure, was actually just a proper high quality burger. Yes, McDonald's burger, high quality. I know. But they had it out for a while, years ago.

Wooooh, someone obsessed with tying McDonald's menus the same as me)) I tried menu's in Ukraine, Slovakia and Polland. For now, Ukrainian menu is tastiest, but it doesn't have some ethnic ideas, except Ukrainian burgers (not all of them tasty, but some of then is so nice). And in Slovakia. Their burgers is pretty nice and they have pancakes in morning menu
