i took Spanish for 3 years in high school but never really tried. This past year on my gap year I stayed in Sevilla Spain for 6 weeks and that really encouraged me to learn more Spanish! I now have a 67-day streak on Duolingo for Spanish and im proud I can understand a lot of what you're saying!! Thank you for this video and I hope others can learn a lot from this video too :D

As a very beginner do appreciate to seeing the Spanish word subtitle inserted in the top of your videos along with the English Closed caption. These are the best for me to stay focused on the entire lesson. I slow the video down 1/2 speed and practice speaking Spanish while making the connection to English meaning. Thanks for doing these videos. I prefer to watch the ones that you make with the Spanish subtitles because it is very hard to follow the Spanish words that you speak otherwise and i make no connection. Thanks again!

I found your channel in 2022, when I was longing more than ever to learn Spanish in a speaking environment. I finally have the time to use your videos to learn--but I now see that 8 months of speaking IRL really does pay off! I'm finally learning Spanish in a real environment, my lifelong dream. I have at least 50% comprehension, and you speak clearly with real conversation. So helpful for learning. And encouraging to see how far I've come. I now see that comprehension counts, and I understood a lot even listening to my mom speak when I was little. 3 years of excellent language classes didn't teach me to speak, but I finally have a way to do it. And I have determination to work for it. Thank you for making comprehensible input videos in Spanish, for true learning and speaking! One of the greatest learning aids. I haven't found other resources like yours.

I liked how everything that you put in the video had a label on it to show what it was called in Spanish, for example at the beginning of the video when you were pouring the water into the cup you labeled the cup Vaso.

Vas muy bien (de parte de un hispanohablante) pero no escribas "anos" sino "años", o se reiran de tí. Es solo un consejo. Y sería "Tengo 21 años ahora", en español, los años no se son, los años se tienen, lo que en inglés sería "I have 21 years" (sé que en inglés se dice "I am 21 y/o) pero en español se dice "Tengo 21 años"

It's at these times that I'm grateful for being Brazilian, Spanish is very easy for me (Portuguese and Spanish are very similar ). Es fantástico comprobar, incluso después de varios años, cuánto amas tu lugar de residencia, los pequeños placeres de la vida y tu entusiasmo es genuino. En muchos países apenas existen almas así (hombres, mujeres jóvenes). Donde no haya medusas ni otros peligros, con mucho gusto volveré allí. Lamentablemente Murcia no es para mí. La pobreza y el clima allí me enferman y me deprimen. Te recomiendo visitar Eslovenia y Austria. Incluso durante varios meses. Aquí también hay una cultura latina y la gente es de mente abierta, seguro que estarían felices por ti.
