This is why I am so happy that some brands really rely on retro shoes because these types of foams cause me immense foot pain after a brief length of ownership, like 4-6 weeks and that's all.

Overall, boom is definitely better than zoomx, especially when comparing the shoes themselves. But I think due to that higher weight/density, the boom foam does struggle with shock absorption, something I've experienced with my wow10s. Hope nike can either make a better zoomx shoe or lining can make their shoes have both bounce & cushion

Interesting "Pebax" pronunciation lol. First time I've heard it said that way. Have the running channels been saying it wrong this whole time? Dozens of channels call it Pee-bax 😂

ZoomX does feel really bouncy in the shoes I've tried on, but I don't think Nike is really pushing the innovation envelope anymore the way Li Ning/Wade are (except maybe the GT Jump). There's no excuse for the price of the GT Cut 3 that it doesn't have more packed under the hood. Just my 🪙🪙

I bought the GT cut 3 but I weigh 62kg so I don't have any stability issues and as you said "it flies down the court like a gazelle."

A couple days ago i was looking into the lining rouge rabbit pro 6 (lining running shoe) and comparing it to nike invincible run 3. It was a battle of boom vs ZoomX as well. Nice to see a video relating to that search

I like this video. Quite interesting take on both foams. Boom is better foam in the short term and eva is long term better. But for me the best cushion setup is zoom. No foam setup can top it in my opinion.
