@@mattlau95 in my experience, that could be 1 of 3 possible things. 1: midfoot and/or toe box is too tight to begin with (may need to size up half a size. 2: our feet do swell from blood flow and and heat, so may need to readjust the laces. 3: maybe the shoe has too high of a heel-to-toe drop and you’re “forced” jamming midfoot and toes forward, causing foot pain.

My favourites budget shoe is the Puma TRC court blaze picked up my second pair for $36AUD = $23USD. Was on sale but he added further discount. Such a bouncy feeling shoe and the updated models don’t feature the breakdown in the forefoot which earlier models had.

Not good for tailor’s bunion. NOOO Doc when you say a shoe is bad for tailor's bunions does that mean it will require extended break in time to eliminate pain or will the shoe cause pain even after break in?

13 is biggest though. I’m 14-14.5 or I’d grab it. I’m buying the AC12 Orange. Although I’m 68 I still shoot at the gym 4-5 days a week. Still love getting hoops shoe though. My favorite is still the KB9. Have 3 great ones and gym only pair. I still under the right conditions will play believe it or not. Admittedly at this age the athleticism isn’t there as much. But I love playing.

Hi Foot Doctor Zach, would you considering to look at 361° One motion? I don't know If I should called them a 361° equivalent of WOW Flash, but it is a budget friendly, outdoor built (at least according to 361°) shoes with full length CQT, so etpu instead of eva. I am curious to learn if you attach some weight to the shoe, would the angle change? Theoretically no because the tangent of the angle is the friction coefficient. But not sure what would it be in an experiment. One assumption is when attaching weight, there are more rubber area in contact with the floor, which might increase the friction coefficient.

Top 5 budget shoe is a great video idea. Lots of parents with kids in bball programs could benefit from that instead of just going to a local store and buying the cheapest thing they can find that says it's for basketball, even though it might not be good for their kid's feet or knees. And if any stand out as an outdoor option that would be great to know as well.

User of both, heavier player here and i would recon Me d the ar1. Both are stiff and the ar 1 is a bit softer, but it does have a heavy outer material. So ar 1 for lockdown and cushion or the flash for the lightness and a bit stiffer cushion

Only thing about WOW shoes is the nonexistent customer service. If you have a problem you will never get in touch with anyone. I sent email after email and numerous phone calls and absolutely nothing back. I learned my lesson and will not buy way of wade shoes ever again. To bad because the shoes are pretty good. BUYER BEWARE.
