Demerits of Trepezoidal footing 1. It's hard to achieve slope on site with low slump value of concrete which may lead to poor quality of concreting 2. Pad footing is fast in execution compare to Trepezoidal footing, sometimes on site machinery and team's per day cost is more than material's cost. 3. Punching shear can also occur in Trepezoidal footing, it's designer's duty to check all parameters.

The example explained good, One observation Even trapezoidal shaped footing will not be sufficient in this kind of rounded stone base It will be still unstable as it seems a river bed floor I am not expert on this subject But heard experts talking of a Ringed footing for a multy story house for rigid work

Two points i would like to mention here:- 1. In trapezoidal footing, you will never achieve the desired strength of concrete say M-25 as vibrators cannot be used efficiently on slope and concrete shall be porous resulting in future corrosion of steel. To overcome punching sheer, top steel to be provided 2. Footings shall always be subject to water logging. If one go with rectangular footing, the concrete will be dense which will act as good water barrier to rebars. Due to inferior workmanahip attributed , never go for trapezoidal footing. The amount you will save is penny compared to overall cost.

Trapezoidal footing we need top centring. And vedio does not show top bent reinfo for tension in column. Trapezoid is not workable and slides down. It's not possible to use vibratory and maintan quality. Don't go by book method.

हमने 50 बाई 50 का एक प्लॉट लिया है लेकिन वह 6फीट गड्ढे में आए हमने क्या किया है चारों तरफ से बाउंड्री करा कर इसमें मिट्टी डाल दिया है 6 फीट तक अब हमें यह जानकारी चाहिए की कितने दिन बाद उस मिट्टी के ऊपर हम कॉलम खड़ा कर सकते हैं ताकि हमारा कलम को नीचे धसने की चांस ना और आपको पता है जैसे कि गांव में लोड बेरिंग घर बनता है मेरा भी ज्यादा से ज्यादा दो मंजिल बनेगा तो मुझे अभी यही जानकारी चाहिए कि मैं कितने दिन में वह मिट्टी अच्छी तरीके से बैठ जाएगा और मैं उस मिट्टी के ऊपर डाल सकूं और कोई दिक्कत ना आए आगे चलकर रिप्लाई जरूर दीजिएगा
