Great interview. I have had several FJ shoes in the past: freestyle, pro SL and premier series. This year I am trying a puma shoe just for a change of pace.

I love Footjoy but I have trouble with width. Wide size varies from model to model and some of them I just can’t wear. I have to wear orthotics which are custom made and need to remove the inner sole. Wearing Stratos at the moment which are very comfortable. I wish there was more sizing consistency across the range because outside of a custom order my choices are limited.

You are correct that it is sometimes difficult to get the right fit, depending on the model of shoe. The good news is, starting next year, they have a new in store system that should help immensely with that.

Was intrigued about the foot fitting experience you had. Any place in the state that does that?

Hopefully that tech is coming next year. It's quite an elaborate platform so I'm guessing it will be in some of the higher volume retailers.

FJ and the Pro V1 balls are the reason golf is so expensive. Titliest disgust me
