For $40 These Are Excellent! : Jabees Firefly Vintage

I bought these (black speckled metallic) and were taken aback by the size of the buds and sensitivity of the touch controls. I was about to return them until I put them to the test running the other day; to my surprise they did not budge or fall out so I decided to keep them. Great sound quality at such a low price which makes them a hidden gem!

This guy and his videos are the biggest reason for me buying these jabees firelfly . I do not like writing bad reviews but this time I could not help. So I ordered from Alberta Canada and took about 18 days to arrive(paid 63 CAD) Anyways, saw the packing which took away all the wait fatigue. And loved the way they were presented. As soon I was able to listen to these, I found them to be good atleast in terms of music although even the lowest volume was a bit louder but this is where everything good ends. Whenever I would make a call the person on the other side is almost always complaining and asking me to be louder. I bought these believing the stems would help in better microphone performance. Most of the times I would rather use my mobile to make a call. So mic quality is quite poor even in comparatively quieter settings. But I was making peace with them cause I wanted them for music and good battery. But it hadn't even been a month left side started to work in a specific position or not at all. A day after means today right side has almost given up and I'm not able to use them except few secs if I hold them in a particular position. So they simply do not work if worn normally means they have given up. So no disrespect man but you made me buy these.

Reviewers don't 'make' you buy anything. It's up to US to realize reviewers are giving new product reports, not reliability over time. It's also on us to research as many review sources as possible, especially other user reviews (I always go straight to 3 star or lower to see what people don't like or what might break). Also, you might have gotten a defective pair. These things are mass produced cheap, and ding ding, you guessed it, it's on us to seek replacements or refunds.

I noticed if you push the physical button in in turns on ambient mode. This also changes the sound signature. It pushes the vocals forward and raises the highs. The bass takes a back seat the the vocals and just compliments the over all sound.

It's true that the phone call sound is really digital but this is the first time I see a phone call test on your channel where there is no ambient sound. For the package that goes with it's phenomenal!

Great Video, thank you. I got them yesterday (They were $49.99 on Amazon and I paid $45 with a coupon) and I have to say, so far, I'm not really impressed. The volume is solid, the fit is good (Albeit they stick out quite a bit), but the bass seems to be lacking...it's Good, but not earth shattering as others have stated. Overall good sound, but certainly Not truly V-Shaped; forgettable, so far. I'll try to break them in and also use a downloaded EQ, to give them a fair shot. Great video as always Gamesky! Question: I just backed a product called Morph Infini Connect on KICKSTARTER and they are aiming really high as far as the features they're adding to these earbuds. Example being: the case has an OLED touch screen on it. Crazy! If you have time check it out... it would be awesome if the company could send you a prototype over the next few months. Honestly just push $10 more and get the LYPERTEK TEVI. The specs are insane for the price and are still some of best under $100. The earfun free pros are good, too, but the TEVI are the better buy IMO.

I can't speak on the firefly vintage, but I have the firefly2 and it has way better sound quality than any tws edifier has. My go to for pure sound quality has been grado gt220 for a while. They're $260 though. The firefly 2 is comparable to the grado in sound but only $90-$100.

PLEASE HELP! In your opinion what company/model name makes the best stem earbuds and a pair that fit in your ear. I am looking for a pair mainly for phone calls and video watches ( I am a mom in my 50's so music isn't a huge deal but I do like to listen to 80's music lol) the volume feature and ones that stop or pause when you take them out of your ears are a plus actually I guess I want the top of the line earbuds for under $100 with the MOST features.There seems to be thousands out there and its hard to watch a million reviews. I don't know if noise cancelling is important for phone calls or not. I do like white if that helps any! Can you PLEASE narrow it down to one stem pair and one in ear. I trust your judgement and really look forward to your help! Thanks!

Just the colours. The case looks almost the same as Firefly Pro/Firefly.2. Really hope it isn't a "fake" USB-C port that only works with a Type-A on the charging end like those products.

That's quite feature packed and for 40 bucks wow, esp the ability to string them together then just hang round neck that's really cool. Maybe it will catch on with other manufacturers who knows, but would they then bump up the price hmmm 🤔 About the Eq I got the Jlab Epic Air ANC, the Eq on the app is like meh. Used my own phones EQ with sound on the buds set to normal. Volume wise too low in my opinion. I hope this is not the future, I like to have that volume headroom. I love this review. I'm used to (and currently using) a big, bulky, noise-canceling headphone 🎧 so never had blue tooth earbuds. I don't know what I would be missing if compared to, let's say, Apple Air Pods vs. these. 🤷‍♀️ I need something with extensive battery life for watching videos/movies. I'm having a hard time deciding between *Soundpeats Sonic vs. Jabees Firefly Vintage* based on your other video where you're comparing 5 different ones. I can't seem to find a video where _just_ these two are compared to each other. I really like the features of these, and their aesthetic, but "meh" about the battery life. 🤷‍♀️ Haaalp!😭lol

All members little heads up in my experience. I love gamesky reviews but sometimes they are not very upto the mark. Like jabees firefly touch 2 was reviewed. Ordered broken down after 1st charged after 20 emails I got partial replacement. But there is no bass. I love my jabra elite 65t. Sabbat e12 was bought too after listening gamesky review. Sabbat nice bass but cannot use for phone calls etc. Jabees I could not found bass. I really wish gamesky guy little focus.

Bought FIREFLY VINTAGE buds based on fake positive opinions and overall hype, first pair came defective with only 1 bud working, got the replacement sent over, this pair worked for couple of days and then it went dead!!!! Earbuds are massive and won`t stay in your ear!!! When working they were making funny high pitched noise when put in the box..... absolutely rubbish, do not BUY!!!!! Honest opinion from real user.

Do not buy this shit. I bought the black ones and they had problems from the start. Touch sensitivity for controls suck. One earbud was louder than the other. After it got wet it stated skipping tracks forward with no reason. Only spoke Chinese after awhile. Returned them on my dollar and got a new pair after arguing with the customer service for months who kept telling me to turn them off and on again. The new pair had the same problems. Stay away from this bs.
