For cake preparation, you can click on the link. After both cakes are ready, let them cool. Then, using a fork, poke the surface of the cakes and pour milk over them, about 6 to 7 tablespoons of milk on each layer of cake. If your cream needs to be whipped, whip it well until stiff. Combine the cocoa with the brewed coffee and put half of the prepared ingredients on the cake. Add walnuts, banana, blueberries, or pineapple to it. Put the next layer and again pour milk and cream on its surface. Decorate the cake with any fruit you like.
Truffle:
Crush the Petit Beurre biscuits with a mixer. Add some butter and milk to it. Make its texture slightly soft, then shape it into balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up a bit. Then roll it in cocoa powder.

برای آماده سازی کیک میتونین روی لینک کلیک کنید. بعد از اینکه هر دو تا کیک آماده شد، بگذارید سرد شوند. بعد از آن با چنگال روی سطح کیک بزنید و شیر روی آن بریزید ۶ تا۷ قاشق شیر روی هر لایه کیک بریزید. اگر خامه شما نیاز به همزن دارد آن را به خوبی هم بزنید که سفت شود. کاکائویی که آب کردید را با آن ترکیب کنید و نصف مواد آماده شده را روی کیک بگذارید. گردو، موز، بلوبری یا آناناس را به آن اضافه کنید.لایه بعد را بگذارید و دوباره شیر و خامه را روی سطح آن بزنید. و با هر میوه
ای که دوست دارین روی کیک را تزیین کنید.
ترافل: بیسکوییت پتی بور را با میکسر خورد کنید. کمی کره و شیر را به آن اضافه کنید. بافتش کمی نرم که شد آن را گرد کنید و در بخچال به مدت ۱۵ دقیقه بگذارید که کمی ببندد و بعد آن را در پودر کاکائو یا کاکائو آب شده غلت دهید.
