East Coast guy here but have lived in Florida, Texas and Arizona. Take a run deep into AZ up thru, Payson, Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona and even Tucson. Better quality of golf than one might be led to believe as the valley is just that, but the elevation changes will surprise you. Great Channel, I am a follower.

As a Pinehurst resident, this commentator missed Southern Pines GC and Tot Hill farm. Southern Pines is the most untouched Ross design in Pinehurst and maybe anywhere. Tot Hill is a Strand design like Tobacco Road but in my mind a better course for 1/3 the price.

I agree about Southern Pines I did a while video about them recently featuring the redesign but this was shot prior. I have not played Tot Hill yet but it's on my list as a big Mike Strantz fan. Thanks for commenting

We did an Orlando trip and had a Blast! Courses were great and surprisingly affordable! Hawks Landing, Shingle Creek, Celebration we’re all awesome

Great list, but I'm surprised Maui Hawaii did not make the cut.

It should have with Hawaii in general. I have not played Maui butnI have Kauai and I loved it, plus I only here good things from golfers.

@@thebossgolfs I've played on Kauai, Big Island and Oahu. When I go to the islands, I go for two weeks - spending a week on two separate islands. But most people only stay for a week and spend the entire week on one island. Consequently, I think each of the islands should be considered a separate golfing destination since each island is different and most people will not spend time on each island during a single trip, but rather will stay on one island. Of the four islands, I think Maui is the best golfing designation.

A top ten contender is Hot Springs, AR!

Thank you. What are you favorite public courses there?

I didn't get to that course but I have great things about it. Michigan is very underrated as a state for golf

I was just going to leave the same comment. Treetops par 3 course is awesome-a must play. I also really like the Fazio and the Masterpiece courses at Treetops.

Thanks for the info. I've been looking at beautiful places for golf travels. I've played Hawaii, but looking for other locations in the mainlands.

Hawaii is not in your top 10?
@thebossgolfs Жыл бұрын
I have only played in Hawaii once but I feel that it should on the list. I think it's hard to build a 5-6 course trip easily without Island hoping but it deserves to be on the list
