Great advice Rusty! I used to practice forward, reverse etc. rolls on my banjo to a slower tempo at first. Doing so helped me play much smoother. Have a great weekend. Tim

Hope you has a wonderful blessed Christmas, Rusty. Yes, I've always struggled with rhythm timing, in particular I get faster and faster and for whatever reason I don't hear or can't keep in time with a metronome. My musician thinks that a drumming app or pedal might work better, for an old guy with poor timing. 😅
@rustysguitar14 күн бұрын
I had a wonderful Christmas and I hope you did also! Sometimes I just get a drum track on KZbin and improvise it works very well. There’s all different tempos. Us old guys will keep working on it. Happy new year, buddy.👍

Hey Rusty, how are you getting your tone for this video? I was curious what amp do you use and any pedals? Have you ever done a video on how you get your tone? I'm excited to see what 2025 brings for your channel! Happy New Year

Hey Ian, I have not done a rig video in a while. But I definitely need to. In this video as usual, I’m using my Carr Mercury V amp set clean with some reverb and driving it with the Jam pedals fuzz. Thanks for all your support buddy. Happy new year to you also.👍
