Fourth feats should be less of a decisive "I win this fight, thank you", so lower their power significantly, like reduce fire flask radius by half and make the damage only max 50, but in return increase the availability of the feat. A good example would be lawbringer's tier 4 which is actually probably the most balanced one. Imagine if fire flasks made little but long-lasting fires that deal small damage over time but still significant if you stand in it too long, so you could use them to block off areas strategically for a medium length duration.

Feats in general take away from a “fight.” Pretty much the reason I dont play game modes that have them active. Only play dominion in customs with the boys with no feats, just the mano e mano and it really helps with the frustration of taking 50+ damage, if not just getting out murdered, by some pleb off your screen with one feat or another when you’re clutchin the 1v4

For the 4th Feat, if they reworked them - i'd want feats to affect hero moves. Exact;y like how Kensei can have unblockable attacks for a short time. I like those type of feats because you get to fight. Its not a cheap kill like a catepult.

When people complain about the feats they were made to be game changers. The feats do exactly what they were meant to do. That's like someone coming into 4v4 and complaining about being ganked. It's just going to happen. The game developers have even said that the feats are supposed to be game changers. I will admit it is furious getting hit by last laugh or a spear storm, but they do what they are intended to do. Saying that I do miss the 4v4 without feats game mode they had. That should be a permanent game mode.
