1. If you're pregnant, it's better to lay down to your left to have a better blood flow.
2. It's easy to have a normal delivery.
3. But there's a time that a mother leads to Caesarian. Especially if there's a problem to a baby, and to their position. Your doctor can decide if you need to have a caesarian procedure.
