I owned a 1971 GP SJ, 455 CID, Turbo-Hydromatic Transmission, Black on Black. I took off the stock Pontiac wheels and added Keystone Classic chromes with Firestone Wide Oval white letter tires. Not a race car, but a real head turning cruiser! When behind the wheel, the wrap-around instrument panel and bucket seat had the feel of a fighter jet. And man could she could fly down the interstate highway! I sold her in 1977 just before joining the US Navy. Wish I had her back! Mine had electric windows and the "SJ" badges on the quarter panels and inside above the center console. I did not see any "J" badges on this vehicle...

Love this car! Very unique!❤ I wish people would stop with the racist custom car remarks. Yes it is racist to hate on people culture when you already know what race this car belong to. Every time I see a nice car with big rims on KZbin here they go with the racist culture remarks. Just like white people usually like the big rubber black out tires, Mexicans with the small Datons with drawing paint jobs , Texas customs with longs riding slabs. I love it all❤l❤❤❤

Question someone may answer.....see many cars with aftermarket steering wheels, no horn button. My state requires a horn that works to pass state inspection. Are there states that don't????
