If I was not taking care of my sister who is handicap I would live in this. I took care of my mother till she was 89 ,lost her last year and at same time was taking care of my sister who is now 68 have done this for about the last 15 years ,promise my dad we would never put my mom and sister in a nursing home. But anyway I could live in this and travel for the rest of my life.

Kinda what I lived in for several year's. They are good to live in. I like the way the windows open so I don't have to deal with water coming in when it's raining. And u can set a box fan in front of it.

In your experience how much would all the repair be if you wanted to make it new? Maybe 30k? When you consider that new campers can very easily pass 100k It could actually be a bargain but where do you even start to look for people who work on this kind of thing?

Definitely don't know anything about stereo systems. Craig/ Craig Pioneer systems were some of the best ones. Especially car units and house units.

Definitely not over priced. But way too old for most rv parks. Recently talked to a lady living in one of the local parks in my area. $1200.00 bucks per month for pad rent. And yet all the parks in my area are bursting at the seams. Just crazy. I would never pay that amount to live in my trailer. But Iam not paying quite as much. I live on a beautiful 20 acre blueberry farm.

Easier said than done most states have laws against living in campers on your own land. You have to make sure that the land you have or buy is unrestricted land or allows them or get fines and made to move it. Have family land 32 acres in NC but no camper living or single wides allowed. The key in any state in your wanting to live in a camper on your own land is unrestricted unless it's while building some have a exemption for while building.
