With the Balmar high output alternators and 2240 watts of solar combined the batteries can be replenished faster than any generator, as much as 6000 watts is achievable charging the 20.5 kilowatt hours of lithium storage in as quick as 5 hours. The Mabrew heat pumps provide AC or heat to the cabins all night without a problem. You can wash and dry a moderate sized load of laundry in 3.5 hours and with the clean start you don’t even need laundry detergent. One water heater runs on 12 volt and the other on AC both can heat your water off battery power. With the generator removed and new lighter equipment she is over 1500 pounds lighter than stock, sails fast and light on the water. Convection oven and induction stove make Propane use optional currently a total of 5 burners, 2 ovens, and 2 air fryers. Sleep soundly at night with the 100 pound polished stainless steel Ultra Anchor & Ultra swivel on 3/8 (10mm) chain. Starlink is already built in. The front cockpit is a game changer and always the favorite place to spend time relaxing or on watch, a very safe way to access the front of the boat underway and fantastic for ventilation. The new decking is by “Safefloors” better than teak, soft and grippy under foot. Twin 57 hp Yanmars and Yanmar SD-60 saildrives, Seawater pro water maker (18gph, upgradable to 36gpm), 2023 East Marine center consol dingy 25 horse, Nearly every component is newer than stock, and many things are new in 2022, 2023 & 2024. She sails great, easily hitting 8 to 10 knots. She does 6.5 to 7 knots on one motor. Starboard motor is at 2285 hours, Port motor is at 2367 hours. Raymarine instruments and 12.5 chart plotter. On board there are spare parts, tools, linens, Kitchen appliances, 4 paddle boards, ice maker, Magma barbecue and a lot more all included. You could bring your clothes and sail away.
There are still some projects, and this boat has history, so I have priced it accordingly. This boat survived Hurricane Irma it was reconditioned and has been sailing between the Caribbean and along the eastern seaboard since 2019. She is a little rough cosmetically, but solid mechanically .The Mast is not a 48 mast but it has the original 48 sail. The mast is about 5 feet shorter currently about 69 ft. air draft. Her current rigging is solid and coulvd run for years, but opportunity here to go to a furling sail, or just brand new mast and rigging or she is an ideal candidate for a full solar yacht conversion, I have just priced it out for the exact same price as a new mast and rigging. There is adequate room on the coach roof for 1000’s of watts of additional solar if desired. Also the current charge controllers could handle upgrading the existing panels to Bifacial upping solar to 3200 watts. I have a detailed video tour so look for that. Ty for your honesty about it's "History" before I read the description as watching the video i had suspicions based on what i was seeing. I'm in the market, and this model is in my top 3 list. Just a heads up put any of that combustible stuff like acetone in a bin at least, if it spills or leaks the liquid will turn to gas and sink to the bilge and could ignite from a spark or flame (like heat shrinking something)

Yea, we broke up and now she doesn't want any images of her online, so 18 videos that will never be seen, 34 total videos I can't post. 1000's of hours of work lost. So I am regrouping and figuring out how to proceed, I am working on some new stuff, trying hard to get it together and get back to publishing.
