Nice house for $500k US. About an hour outside of Manila for health care, steps to the beach. Little concerned about safety, but very pretty area. Looks like you could buy a lot in that area and put up your own place as well.

As to my experience, there are a lot of sellers who change their prices most of the time... sometimes they drop if they are badly in need of cash and sometimes they add to their price if there are improvements made. Buddy, In the event that you want to buy properties in the Philippines I advice you to hire a lawyer. Do not put yourself in a situation where you're dealing with people whom you don't know. Most of the Realtors I saw in the internet are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL even on how they make their offer. They gave you with a very few information about the offer and will ask you to contact them leaving you with limited option to compare properties of the same category. Here in the US, Realtors will give you all the information affront as provided by the real estate laws of the State. Beware!

@@Temuginful You're right, Sir. But may I add, before dealing with any realtor in the Philippines, make sure to ask them to show you a valid PRC ID number as brokers or agents. There are a lot of colorum/illegal agents who are unlicensed to operate by law. And when it comes to complete details of the property, there's no harm in contacting the broker for in-depth queries. I already explained why most of the time prices are not mentioned in videos. Kindly check above commments. Salamat po.
